Welcome to Chapel Place Daycare Centre!

Thank you for your interest in our programmes for children at Chapel Place Daycare Centre.

Established in 1992, Chapel Place Daycare Centre is a non-profit, incorporated Christian faith-based programme focused on providing quality care and early learning experiences for children 15months to 12 years of age.

Our Board of Directors are committed volunteers, made up from members of the Chapel Place Presbyterian Church, who oversee the general administration of the centre in partnership with the Supervisor and the Parent Advisory Committee.

At Chapel Place, we believe in hands-on,child-centred learning. We strongly value the importance of play in the facilitation of development for the whole child. We are committed to providing a nurturing environment and respect for each individual child within the group. We know how busy working families are and strive to support them in all of the challenges they face. Our Early Childhood Educators provide programming that addresses all areas of growth – emotional, physical, social, creative and cognitive.

We are fully licensed by the Province of Ontario’s Day’s Nursery Act and in full compliance with its standards, as well as, the regulations set out by the York Region Public Health Department.
